8.1 million euros. This is the sale price of what has been the Obama family's summer residence until now. And it is that after several years vacationing in Hawaii, the president of the United States has decided to do without his house on the beach, an exclusive mansion built in 1998, and put it on sale through the website of Sotheby's.
All the rooms in this exclusive villa, distributed over two floors and measuring almost 1,000 square meters, are characterized by having high quality finishes. In addition, all the rooms are very spacious and have large windows, which enhance, even more, the incredible views of the sea that the mansion has.
One of the most impressive spaces in the entire mansion is the main hall. This is made up of a large dining room in which quite possibly the president, his family and his guests enjoyed fantastic lunches and dinners. In addition, in the same living room there are different rest areas with several sofas.
A large part of the rooms are distributed on the upper floor, which are characterized by being very spacious and having, again, incredible views of the sea.
How could it be otherwise, the well-kept outdoor pool, full of decorative details and surrounded by greenery, is one of the most imposing and luxurious areas of the entire mansion.
